We drove around during the Valentine's Day snowstorm, taking pictures of any contractors we saw plowing or hauling snow. Mayor Doherty declared a state of emergency during that storm, but the declaration has only recently been submitted to city council for approval to include transferring $325,000 from our bond payment account to pay the contractors for hauling snow.
